She's posing for a friend with a cellphone and a doomed idea. She would stand there against rapidly-changing and overpowering lights, and the friend would take a snapshot! Except that the cellphone couldn't. Even with the flash going off, she was still lost in the glare. After I got several versions of this image, I took a couple usable snapshots of them...while the bottle was in a dark cycle.

The image "Will Jump for Pops" was taken 13 minutes later facing due south. It shows approximately the same green phase of the bottle, but against a completely dark sky combined with brilliant lighting from the Pops building.
