This is the best-preserved in a small cluster of buildings from @1927. This appears to be a few years older than John's Modern Cabins on Rt 66 in MO.

Cabins were an early version of what became motels. This cabin, originally a duplex, has seen recent use judging by the modern utility hook-ups at bottom right.
