This sits outside a construction company and dates from the early 20th century. It would have been pulled by either a tractor or horses. It was used for exactly this purpose--to restore dirt or stone surfaced roads.

The original route of the Lincoln Highway appears at the right edge and makes a sweeping right curve in the grader's center.
