Only the sign remains. A small hut was demolished to get rid of vagrants. The pumps and a neighboring truck stop/cafe were removed years before.

The three poles are a testament to storms out here--many similar signs in other states use two or just one. And no artificial fireworks were needed on this night--nature provided her own.

The Lincoln Highway uses I-80 for part of this stretch. Several trucks are visible on it, but ant-sized. One is eastbound right under the sign with its headlights on.
