This building went up in 1892 as the Market Arcade. This was a mini-mall with small shops in rows around a heated central passageway. The decoration is what's important today--the builders outdid themselves. The building now houses "Preservation Buffalo Niagara." Vignetting has been added and a companion image is offered.
