It's pretty much all here--this single image can stand for all of downtown.

The building on the right recalls Wheeling's glory days. Obviously put up as one structure it might have had two original owners or tenants. Glass block windows on the left and plywood on the right tell of adaptation possibly to storage.

Church steeples on the left have been patched, or need to be. The building below them is one of the newer ones downtown: 1939. The two satellite TV dishes offer an escape from all this.
