"Logjam" would be a better name for this place. I-70 and I-76 (The Pennsylvania Turnpike) come together here. You'd think there would be an interchange--but you would be wrong.

Neither the Feds nor Pennsylvania would pay for a direct connection. So I-70 goes way past the Turnpike and onto a surface street (US 30 or the Lincoln Highway) then loops back around!

School buses and 18-wheelers turn across multiple lanes while other drivers sit fuming at stop lights. Travelers to or from Washington DC and on the Lincoln Highway are most affected.
