Built in 1915, this was the home of a chicken farmer and breeder. This side faced the Lincoln Highway, which was paved in concrete by 1917. The road still exists, but as a dead-end.

Today's busy US 30 is behind the building, which is now a "No Credit No Problem" used car business. I saw three vehicles for sale.
