This is near mid-span looking to the bend and MO shoreline. Strong sunlight coming through the superstructure creates shadows framing the truck on the concrete deck.

The truck now functions as a park bench. This view is how many early drivers experienced the narrow bridge. Of course they would have been on the other side of the pavement.
