The creek forms the boundary between Philadelphia and Bucks County. The bridge is a two-span 1805 stone arch widened with mortared flat rock sides for the Lincoln Highway in 1917. Just four years later it was bypassed and abandoned.

The bricks are out of alignment--just the way passing Model-Ts left them.
