REGENT THEATER (Lincoln Highway Pittsburgh PA)
Now known as the Kelly Strayhorn Performing Arts Center, this began life as the Regent in 1914. Silent films were the draw, with sound provided by a lavish theater organ. The building suffered two extended closures, but the terra cotta entrance survived.
