This rare and beautiful porcelain enamel tile sign deserves better. It's come through perhaps 85 Wyoming winters just fine--but owners and tenants have drilled into it for their signs. (The latest offender, at bottom right, has been erased in Photoshop.)

Ideal Bakery operated here in 1930, the approximate date of the sign, and for many years afterward. There's more tile out of view to the right and there may have been neon at one time but it's been removed.
