URBAN SCENE #32 (Lincoln Highway Reno NV)
This Public Art statue is by Jeff Schomberg and Laura Kimpton. It's made of steel 12 feet high (3.6 m) and spans 70-feet (21 m) as exhibited here.
The message is a little confusing. This is Reno after all, and the city spent $70,000 for it. Believe in what? Lucky numbers, rabbit's feet, hot hands, gambler's luck?
