North Platte is a railroad town--Union Pacific's giant Bailey Yard is on the outskirts. This fanciful scene shows a vintage train that appears to be idling at a downtown platform.

It's actually a model photographed through a window, buildings across the street are reflections. An artistic effect helps make it work. All aboard!
