Wheaties is the "Breakfast of Champions" and this is my nominee for lunch. Somewhere buried under the green chilis are two chicken enchiladas. Sopapillas would come right up, along with honey.

Joseph's Restaurant (adopted home of the Fat Man) calls this "Enchiladas de Santa Fe."
