This sign for this 1924-era tavern is recently restored. The cocktail cherry has an interesting history. It was separately wired and, decades ago, would be switched on whenever a prostitute was available inside.

The wiring at left brings power from the building, wires overhead are strung from utility poles along Rt 66.
