This marquee is likely a later addition to the @1936 Grand Theater. A plaque indicates it was restored and reopened in the 1990s, but it has obviously fallen on hard times again.

The bracket at left bottom may be for a flag or banner. The metal pole is anchored in concrete near the curb and helps support the marquee.
