Supports for an amusement-park ride curve outward from the main structure at left. It almost looks like a miniature helicopter is trying to land on it, but is being blocked by jagged wires! Actually the chopper was just passing by.

The wires are to prevent seagulls from roosting. But another type of shorebird has found a comfortable spot on the green post.
