Hand-scrawled lettering appears at the upper left and "Cuervo" is misspelled. This ruin was a store or business of some type, judging by the double-door frame.

The fake stone blocks are actually embossed sheet-metal held on with nails. The building appears to rest on just one foundation block. In reality others are at the sides--one is just barely visible at the right.
